Please note that we cannot accept returns due to personal reasons.
If the product is defective, we will refund the defective product after confirming the defective product using the photo attached to the email sent within 7 days of receiving the product.
If you wish to receive a refund for a defective item, please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving the item.

*Please note that we cannot accept defective products that meet the following conditions.
・Products received more than 7 days after arrival
・Used item
・If the orderer and delivery address are different, defective products will be excluded.
The steps are as follows:
1: Please email the following information within 7 days of receiving the product.
・Name
・Home address
・Email
・Product name and number
・Defects (in case of damage etc., please fill in with a photo)
・Order number (listed in the order confirmation email sent)
2: Once the email has been confirmed, we will provide instructions on how to return the product.
*Return shipping charges will be borne by our shop.
3: Once we receive the returned product, we will guide you through the refund procedure.
